What's Included

Everything Included in Your Starlink Installation

We handle the entire Starlink setup — from choosing the perfect mounting location to getting your network fully configured and optimized for the fastest speeds.

Location Analysis
We use the Starlink app to find zero-obstruction placement — trees, rooflines, and nearby structures are mapped before a single bolt is tightened.
Hurricane-Rated Mount
We install roof, wall, pole or ground mounts rated for South Florida wind loads. All roof penetrations are sealed and waterproofed to code.
Clean Cable Routing
Cables run inside walls or conduit where possible. Entry points are sealed, painted if needed, and no cable runs exposed across your roof.
Router & Network Setup
Full Starlink router configuration including WiFi network setup, bypass mode for your own router, QoS settings, and mobile app configuration.
Speed & Latency Testing
We verify your connection quality and satellite signal strength in real time before we leave — ensuring you get the performance Starlink promises.
5-Year Warranty
Our mounting and installation workmanship is warranted for 5 years. Starlink hardware warranty is handled directly through Starlink.

Is Starlink Right for Your Property?

Starlink is ideal for locations where traditional cable and fiber don't reach, or where you want internet independence:

Rural or suburban homes with no fiber or cable options
Boats, yachts, and marine vessels in South Florida waters
RVs and mobile homes needing reliable portable internet
Businesses wanting backup internet independence from local ISPs
Short-term rentals, vacation homes and remote properties
Anyone needing backup internet during Florida storm season
Slow DSL or unreliable cable internet that never improves
↓
Starlink delivers 100–300 Mbps downloads even in remote areas — faster than most cable providers in rural FL
Internet outages during Florida storms and hurricanes
↓
Starlink's satellite network stays up when ground infrastructure fails — critical for hurricane season reliability
How It Works

From Call to Connected — Same Day

Our Starlink installations are clean, fast and built to last South Florida weather. Most residential installs take 3–4 hours.

Step 01
Obstruction Check
We use the Starlink app to perform a sky obstruction scan at multiple locations — finding the spot with the clearest satellite view.
Step 02
Mount Installation
We install the mount securely — roof, wall, pole or ground. All hardware is stainless steel or galvanized for Florida weather resistance.
Step 03
Cable & Routing
Cables run neatly from dish to your equipment room. We drill, seal and conceal every penetration point cleanly and professionally.
Step 04
Configure & Test
Router setup, network config, speed and latency testing. We confirm you're hitting target speeds before we consider the job done.
Free on-site assessment included. We visit, evaluate, and give you a fixed quote — no surprises, no obligation.
FAQ

Starlink Installation — Common Questions

Do I need to buy the Starlink equipment myself?
Yes — you purchase the Starlink kit directly through starlink.com and we handle the professional installation. The hardware cost varies by kit type. Our installation fee covers all labor, mounting hardware, cable routing, and configuration.
What is the best place to mount the Starlink dish?
The dish needs a clear, unobstructed view of the northern sky. We use the Starlink obstruction app to scan multiple potential locations and choose the spot with the fewest obstructions — typically the roof peak or a pole mount. Trees are the most common obstacle in South Florida.
Can Starlink be used on a boat in South Florida?
Yes! Starlink's marine plan is designed for vessels. We install the dish with marine-grade hardware suitable for the salt environment. It works while anchored and even while in motion. Many South Florida boat owners use it for full-time live-aboard internet.
How does Starlink perform in bad weather?
Starlink performs well in most conditions. Heavy rain can cause brief speed reductions but service is rarely lost completely. Compared to traditional satellite providers, Starlink's weather impact is significantly lower due to its low Earth orbit satellite network.
What internet speeds should I expect?
Most Starlink Residential customers see 100–300 Mbps download and 10–20 Mbps upload with latency around 20–40ms — comparable to cable internet. Business plan customers get higher priority. Actual speeds depend on your clear sky view and local satellite capacity.
Can I use my existing router with Starlink?
Yes. We configure Starlink in bypass mode so your existing router or mesh system handles the network. This is especially useful for integrating Starlink into an existing UniFi or eero setup. We handle all the technical configuration.
